PAYMENT: We do accept Google Checkout, PayPal, Cashier`s Checks, and Money Orders. We will accept a personal check, they do have to clear the bank before the package is shipped.
INSURANCE: Insurance will be required on total of $50.00 and over or breakable. Under $50.00, insurance will be optional to you.
SHIPPING: We all are becoming concerned with the cost of shipping, and want to assure you that we do not charge you for the packing materials nor a handling fee.
Due to the complexity of the eCrater Shipping Matrix, sometimes you can be overcharged on the shipping costs. This is especailly true if you make several purchases from one seller. It will charge you the shipping charges for each item. We will combine your purchases into one package and refund the difference to you.
You will be notified by a e-mail from the post office with all the information when your item is mailed. When UPS is used, I will send you an e-mail with the Tracking Number and estimated day of arrival. SAME DAY OR NEXT DAY SHIPPING!
MONEY BACK GUARANTEE: We offer a Money Back Guarantee if the item is not as represented, and if the item is returned in the same condition as sent. Item must be returned within 7 days after being received by the buyer. The guarantee includes the purchase price and the initial shipping only.
INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS: We will ship internationally, just be aware that there will be an increase accordingly in the shipping charges. For international shipping, we use the Post Office and offer you a choice of Priority Mail International or First Class International, depending on the weight and size.
